Letter from the Director
It seems such a long time ago since last writing to you. Much has happened since. We are pleased to report that we are in new (interim) premises in Epping, Victoria. MMM Australia has signed a two-year lease on a 300sq metre factory, from which the National Office now operates. Our roll-forming machine has been relocated to the new premises and will soon produce frames for homes in Fiji, as well as a number of local orders.
The Victorian Bushfire Authority has held a meeting to remember six months since the devastation of Black Saturday. MMM Australia is working with other ministries to provide labour to assist re-fencing some of the farms that were badly affected. We are also ensuring volunteers can stay on the Whittlesea property, both in the undamaged houses and the caravan park, whilst they assist in the recovery efforts.
The property has been cleared and by the time you receive this magazine, we hope that electricity will be restored to the site.
At the time of writing, Anthony and Siska Hocking are leading a team in Fitzroy Crossing and two of our staff are with work teams offshore. John Cooper is in China whilst Max Smart leads his team in Thailand.
We are delighted that MMM Australia is able to assist offshore projects and commend the Singapore (Doulos), Japan, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea projects to you. More details on these opportunities can be found in the “Upcoming Projects” section of this website.
With a grateful heart, I thank all of those who paused to send us prayerful messages of encouragement following the fires. Thank you too, for all of those who have made financial gifts available to us to enable us to ‘serve those who serve’.
May God be glorified in all this,

Tim Cranna
National Director
MMM Australia
