Evangelical Church of PNG want help with the construction of two houses to be used for trainee Doctors and their families in the remote Western Province town of Rumginae. The new houses, will make it easier to attract young people to the remote areas to participate in the doctor training programs and MMM has been asked to assist construct these near the Rumginae Hospital, staffed by some Australian doctors. The need is to have this project done in January and February of 2012. This is short notice but if you see yourself as a team leader and able to build a team from your church and associate, we would like to hear from you.

Evangelical Church of PNG need help in OBO Building one of 15 outpost hospital maternity wards and an ablution block to provide a clean, safe place with light, clean water and toilet and showering facilities for new mothers to deliver their babies.  There is a need for tradesmen of all types and handymen and women.

This project is scheduled for March/April in 2012 and we would like to hear from anyone interested in joining the volunteers already committed to helping on this project.  Costs are likely to be less than $2000.00, accommodation supplied, catering still undecided.

We have a team leader, Hudson Binks and some other volunteer ready to carry out this project in March or April 2012 but we would like more volunteers to assist for whatever period you have available.
